Directions From Taoyuan International Airport
Transportation between the Taoyuan International Airport and NTU (a short journey of about 40km) is very convenient, and is usually served by taxi or bus or by a combination of both. Taking a taxi is the most convenient way of transportation while taking a bus and transferring to a taxi or MRT at the Taipei Main Station is the cheapest way of transportation.
By Taxi

Time: 60 minutes
There is no direct train or bus traveling from the airport to NTU. If you carry heavy luggages with you, taking a taxi will be the easiest and most comfortable way to get to NTU. Taxi queues are outside the Arrival Lobby of both Terminals I and II and services are available 24 hours a day. Airport taxis to Taipei City charge a flat rate of NTD 1,200 to 1,500. A night time surcharge may apply for rides after 11pm.
After you get in a taxi, show the taxi driver the address of the College of Social Sciences at NTU in Chinese (地址：106 臺北市羅斯福路四段一號 社會科學院).
By Bus & Taxi
Fare: Around NTD 300
Time: 80 minutes
Bus tickets are available at Arrival Areas of both Terminals (Terminal I: on the southeast side; Terminal II: on the northeast side). For your convenience, please take either the “Evergreen Bus” (長榮巴士) or the “CitiAir Bus” Route no. 1960(大有巴士1960路) to Taipei City. Get off either at ZhongXiao FuXing MRT Station (捷運忠孝復興站) or Howard Hotel (福華飯店) and take a taxi to NTU.
Bus route 1819 to Taipei Main Station are also available at the Taoyuan International Airport, and the operating hours are from 5:30 to 00:20. Tickets are sold at King Bus (國光). You can just follow the “Bus” sign at both terminals to the ticket counters. Terminal 1 bus pickup point is at B1 Arrivals, and Terminal 2 bus pickup point is at the northeast arcade of the 1st floor Arrivals lobby. The total trip length from the airport to Taipei Main Station is about 55 minutes and it costs NTD 125 per trip. After arriving at the Taipei Main Station, you can transfer to MRT or taxi to get to the College of Social Sciences at NTU.
Directions From Taipei Songshan International Airport

Time: 40 minutes
Taxi rank is located outside the Arrivals Lobby. Taxis can also be hailed on the road south of the gas station. Taxi fare from Songshan Airport to NTU is roughly NTD 300 to NTD 400.
